Yikes! Locked Out Again!

It seems that I've done it again. Locked myself out once more. My keys are inside and now I'm completely clueless. This is so frustrating!

  • Perhaps it's time for a new lock?
  • Seriously, what was I thinking?

The door looked/appeared/seemed firmly shut, not a crack/crevice/tiny opening in sight. I checked every possible/conceivable/imaginable entrance—the back door, the windows—all useless/sealed tight/locked up. My phone was dead/nearly dead/about to die and my thoughts were racing faster than a rabbit/hare/squirrel on espresso. I felt utterly helpless/hopeless/devastated. This terrible/awful/horrible situation had me feeling like I'd been dropped into the arctic/transported to Siberia/sent to the moon.
